The 11.7 guys were talking about back in 2019 Ole Miss lost to North Bama in their first season at D1 in front of field trip to the ballpark day. I had never heard that one.

Huge rivalry game here.
The last time the Colonels played at LSU, the Tigers were ranked No.1 in the nation and had won four straight games against the Red & Gray. Nicholls stunned the Tigers to end the slide and earn the fifth win in the series dating back to 2008.

No need to apologize. Still hoping we can somehow pull it together and make the post season, but it ain't looking good at the moment.
I have always said midweek games don't really matter, but they do now for us since we have lost so many of them.

It looks like Wes is sticking with his strategy of giving 9 different guys an inning each in the midweek.
I was hoping we might let Jarvis Evans & Kolton Smith combine for 5-6 innings and they still would be good for the weekend but it looks like we are trying to save everyone for Aggy

Yeah this is going to either be a Clemson run rule game or a high scoring fight to the death (obviously would prefer the latter). Pitching Zach Harris in the start, one of our less steady arms. It has also been a weird past couple of weeks with no midweek last week and a double header on Saturday so I have no real idea who is actually considered available on the staff. Hoping we may at least see Carter or Phelps return in some pinch hit spots tonight.

Probably the best defensive game I have ever seen anyone play by Nicholls last year. They made 4 or 5 run saving plays in that game.
