i just rmember that ole miss team getting absolutely drug by tcu in their bowl game. it was as bad as what georgia did to tcu 2 years ago....

they are overrated, but one thing they arent is slow....

ive used that orthene powder before and while it they seem to vacate the mound within 24 hrs, there are usually new ones popping up less than 10 ft away. i think that powder on the mound just pushes them further underground, dont see how it can percolate through and kill the entire colony....

my neighbor is in pest control and top choice is what they use for fire ants. supposed to be good for a year. stuff aint cheap though...
