Umpire was in a terrible position for the play at the plate. The catcher was holding his glove in front of the plate, then for some reason lifted his glove & seemed to be blocking the plate, but was behind the plate. Very odd play on his part. Almost like he lifted his glove to protect himself, but the TT player was sliding when he did it. There wasn't going to be a collision.
