They actually have a couple of nice hitters, but yeah, Mizzou is clearly not an SEC school.

The manager will be gone if the buyout is not too much. The last AD really messed this up. That is why she left in a hurry so that she wouldn't get fired.

If you missed the previous responses here it is again…we couldn’t give two fricks about college baseball. W/r/T baseball we only care about the Cardinals, Royals and MLB. If you can help us find a way to shut the fricking thing down and redirect the meager amount of money we dedicate to this failing and unsupported distraction to football or basketball, you would be my hero!

Because yeah, baseball is the definitive SEC sport. I hear some folks pay more attention to football and basketball but I could be mistaken about that.
Hey though, we’re kicking arse in a sport that as far as I’m concerned is on par with college baseball…Women’s Gymnastics! I’m glad we’re doing well I guess but I wouldn’t waste a moment of my time watching either one.

I don't know why Missouri fans get so defensive about this statement. Y'all have to admit the SEC is not the logical conference for you? The state is not classified as a "southern" state. It is more Midwest than anything. The Big 12 was the logical choice and technically the Big10 makes more sense.
Recruiting in any sport is hard. It's not like a football player that is from the south and being targeted by LSU, Bama, Fla, UGA, Texas is going to choose Missouri over those schools?
It just makes sense for Missouri to be in Big 12 or Big 10.

Being from southern MO I can tell you we definitely do not fit in the big 10 culturally either. Of the existing super conferences. We belong most here or in a fictional world where the big 12 stayed unified but that’s neither here nor there now and 4 of the big 12 schools are here now like it or not.

I like to shite post Missouri as much as anyone but honestly being in the middle of Missouri hurts them in recruiting. They aren't really close to KC or St Louis.
