Not every team plays to their potential every week.
If we are talking highest of ceilings for every team or their A game, I probably would rank the teams that were vying for a playoff spot like this:

Mehki Wingo wasn’t a 5* recruit and was a major contributor to the defense when he left, Mizzou also was coming off a terrible season...

It was known that he wasn’t going to be a major contributor going into last season, and was probably our 5th best de last year. He is there physically, but needed the time to adjust to CFB. He played in 4 games and wasn’t really a factor this season. Someone is going to pay up to get him, and he is ...
