I agree. From what I've seen, I would love for him to start for Alabama. He's small and looks like he's scared to death! How he was the top QB in the nation shows how some of these recruiting sites are clueless and driven simply by the number of subscriptions a particular fan base supports their publication!

I have nothing against Bryce Young. He was a 5* California QB coming in but he stopped growing in HS, he still weighs 170 pounds at his same high school height of 5'10 (closer to 5'9"), and has looked like a deer in the headlights every time he's been in a game. There is nothing encouraging about his play last season - and his physical growth stopped when he was 16.
Young doesn't have the body size, arm strength, or QB skills to make it in the SEC.

Right, all you've seen is Milrow high school tape.
Way to read into what I wrote. Have no idea about Milroe. But I didn't see anything from Young to show he has "it". So if this other kid comes in and walks on water it wouldn't shock me if he won the job.

I don't care which plays QB. The one playing will be the one with best grasp of the offense and shows he can keep Bama in the beat positions while maximizing the talent around him.
Coaches will figure that out, and it will all buff out in camp, practice and after first couple of games.
That said, I don't see any value shitting on our own players who we haven't seen get real game reps nor seen how they play each day in practice.
