0-17. All that shrimp and oil money that you guys can't afford to throw away will go to waste if he doesn't get it done.

In other words, you don't know what you are talking about. We had plenty of talent on last year's defense.

If Baker is the genius you baws are paying him to be, and Mizzou doesn't have talent, then LSU's defense should easily rank ahead of Mizzou's this coming season.

I know what I'm talking about when it comes to the discrepancy between LSU talent and Mizzou talent most years. There isn't a debate about that. It sounds like your coaching staff developed its players well which is why I'm happy we took your DC,

Yeah, but we're not talking most years, just last year.

Matt LaFleur, Robert Saleh and Clark Lea all coached under Kelly.

So did Butch Jones.

It was outstanding by UT standards, as well. You guys have only won 11 games nine times in 130 years of football.

Mizzou had mediocre talent on defense

Mizzou just had 5 guys from the defense drafted, including one in the 1st and 2nd round. It has plenty of talent.

So if Mizzou beat Tennessee 36-7, and Mizzou should be relegated to the Mountain West,

Mizzou has 1 win against heupel. And it was a fluke.

Mountain West is somewhere that Mizzou might be competitive in something

If you think Mizzou defense is mediocre then why is the team being pre ranked in the top 10? I can understand LSU being mediocre this season because Kelly is still the HC. He is the problem. House and some other defense coaches were not the problem, but it was what Kelly brought in and led to one of the worst defenses at LSU. Kentucky had no problem having Matt House as the DC.

Heupel is what I thought he was as a HC. He is a good HC but not a championship HC. Drinkwitz just started and is moving up in the right direction. That is called building a football program. He is now getting more 4* and 5 * recruits/players. Give it time to get to a point where the roster will be loaded with talents on defense and offense.

And yet they've played for an SEC title much more recently than UTjr.

No, and they have not be competitive in this conference in athletics

Should be relegated to Big 10 or possibly Missouri Valley Conference

Sure they had an outstanding football season by their standards but they lost too much to hope for much this year.

Their standards are higher than UT standards. You guys are basically UGA fans without the 2 flash in the pan titles. You have a few good years and think you’ve arrived.

The only argument you have against Missouri’s success meaning anything is that no one really acknowledges they are in the SEC because they don’t belong and never will.
