It's all gravy at this point. Would love a surprise title but to even make it to Omaha when we were literally the last team in is incredible.

Funny how just 20 days ago we were pretty much dead in the water. Hoping to get in. We get in and people are mad that we did but all we do is shut that out and win games. Now we are definitely playing with house money but who gives a shite.
I guess seeing where we are now I’ll just hope that we can do better than we did last year. All I’m asking is 1 more game than last year. GO GATORS!!

I never heard an explanation for why they were so upset. The batter wasn't ejected, the run counted??? I thought at the time the batter should have been tossed because of the bat spike.

Not 100% sure, but from what I could tell, the ump possibly said something to the hitter to move it along. The assistant coach then came out bitching at the ump for saying something so he got tossed, then the head coach got tossed for arguing about the assistant coach getting tossed.
My question is, will the 2 game suspension roll over to next year? That’s some salt on the wound if so.

That's all I got as well. Seemed very odd the assistant coach would be so heated at that point in the game after a HR by his team.

Neely has been lights out the last few weeks, pitching all around has been way better than it has been most of the year.
Gotta have it continue and a few guys step up to get through the next 3 to get to the finals.

Welp, that was a disappointing way to end an unexpected run in the postseason. Looking back, the robbed HR in our first game was what did us in.
Hopefully we don't lose too many of our young pitchers to the portal and a few of them really step up in the off season. Our bullpen could be pretty damn good next year.
Going to miss Cags big time next year, he was fun to watch the last couple of years.
