How confident is anyone that Napier would turn a top 10 recruiting class into a championship team? I don't believe he has that in him.
If it were up to me he'd be gone ASAP, move on, hope for better.... but with the state of the UF administration I wouldn't be surprised if they fumbled the next ...

I'd take Lane at this point, but the he's lost some luster for sure.
Ole Miss apparently gave Lane all he asked for re: NIL, Assistants, etc. He said before this year that this was his most talented team he's ever had.

If you look at his numbers you'd think he's been lights out. But he's not making many big plays, constantly throwing short passes, and not providing any kind of spark to keep the offense churning.

I'm 100% in agreement that if we lose today, a change has to happen immediately. Being an underdog to UCF at home in year 3 is one thing, losing to a UCF team at home, that just got embarrassed by Colorado, in year 3 should be the final nail in the coffin of this Napier experiment.
