Napier is far from a competent CEO. A competent CEO, ala Nick Sabin, would have clear goals and metrics for his staff. When they fail to meet these goals, they are cut loose. Sabin may be thought to be a real SOB but if you worked for him you either got the job done or you were gone....

My opionion, Lagway is a generational player. He has 5 star talent and has been a huge ambassador for UF football. He has the intangibles to raise the team around him not seen since Tebow. If that is left to wilt on the bench and he leaves we've all lost a hell of a lot more....

Robert Cade had to force UF football players and coaches to drink Gatorade it tasted so bad. Only when they saw the benefits did they accept it. With out all the sugars and flavorings it would only be a medicine that only dehydrated players were forced to take....
