Auburn
Alabama
Tennessee
LSU
Florida
Non SEC southern teams
FSU
Clemson
Texas
Miami (kinda southern I guess)
And

It just shows how bad it gets their goat that UGA has been so much better than them lately with no sign of slowing down. Just think that the majority of AU fans have been driven to not only cheering hard for bama, but to actually celebrate and revel in bama winning a national title! They know it's all they have to hang their hats on, kinda sad really but they don't know any better.

This aspect of the whole thing has cheered me up slightly over the past 2 days. It's not just on the internet either. My friends who cheer for AU have given me way more shite than the Bama people.

Why would Auburn fans give Georgia grief? According to Georgia fans, you guys have progressed so far we aren't even rivals anymore. You guys aren't even in the same league...oh, wait 2010!

What’s impressive is uga fans bitching about Auburn fans cheering for their rival while at the same time acting surprised that Tech fans celebrated the uga loss. I’m not sure how you reconcile those.

How are you defining the modern Era? I would argue that the modern Era is the playoff Era. The way I see it Auburn has yet to get close to sniffing the playoffs. Unless you consider a 28-7 arse whooping to a team you already beat "close".

I don't think anyone is surprised at that. They shouldn't be, at least. UGA losses are what GT lives for.

Are you an idiot? UGA and tech are main rivals, it is expected tech would pull for UGA to lose. Bama and Auburn are main rivals, so at face value auburn would be expected to pull for bama to lose. This isn't complicated stuff here.
However, that is not the case (view the long thread on their board) and most AU fans actually pulled FOR bama to win the national title? Why woudl anyone do such a thing? I'll tell you why...because Auburn fans know deep down that the ONLY thing they can possibly hold over our heads is a more recent title, that's all. And they'll tell you as much.
