He took the GT job well before Monken took the Ravens job. Coley is a stand out recruiter , with limit on field coaches being lifted I wish we would hire an on field assistant for all the position coaches Terrence Edwards would be perfect for WR let him worry about teaching technique and practice ...

That could be a possibility, I have talked to guys in the past when they got to camp in the NFL that took some getting used to, some guys said it didn’t bother them but 4 of the 6 that I have coached with that got even a camp look at QB in the NFL said it was a major adjustment. ...
