I admit I was wrong about it. I figured it was going to be the Tide network but it really hasn't. I watch it some daily. Love it this time of year. Get a lot of good info on other teams. I like Booger and the hot chick on there. Dari does a good job on SEC Now.

It is still a Tide network on Finebaum. From talking to friend in sales at the local ESPN radio affiliate, that was the number one complaint from their advertising clients & the number one reason it was dropped from its programming. I stopped watching it ..Finebaum...last Fall..but as well, I was tired of Big Ten John or whatever the producer's name is as he had no clue as to the history & dynamics of the SEC.

outside of actual games....content is pretty terrible.

Cant stand Finebaum and the Bama lovefest....cant watch it. Id rather see Greg McElroy anyday cause he tries hard to be unbiased. After 7pm then I watch Maria Taylor (man I am in love! Even though shes a dawg....she about had an O with Tony Barnhart on the show yesterday and talking about her red & black...Booger gets a nut talking bout the tigahs...I think we need a good Gator on the show...bring on Tebow.
BTW I sent an email to SECN complaining about the amount of Bama content on Finebaum. Its ridiculous.

Worst part is that ESPN added a SEC noon game that used to be Big 10 that never existed before. Might be totally unrelated.
Best parts are extra ball games, no more PPV games, and game replays from past and current seasons.

I love it. I especially love it for SECN+. Before that feature, and if you didn't have Geaux Zone, you were able to watch what, like 12-15 LSU basketball games a year on TV as well as like 18-25 baseball games? Now you have access to all 31 live basketball games as well as all 56 baseball games. It really is incredible.
Thank you SEC Network.

Just hoping it continues to grow, and delivers more money to the SEC than the Big Ten Network does to the B1G..

I guess I'm the only one on here that kind of gets a kick out of Finebaum. Yeah it can be a Bama, and some times Vols, love fest but a lot of the callers make me chuckle. I don't need 3-4 hours a day of that show though.
I also loved watching SEC now. Especially when Booger Mac picked A&M, Tenn, and Arky to beat Mizzou. Now he is on the Mizzou band wagon and I don't think I like it.

It's great. I enjoy watching the football replays.

The basketball and baseball are great. I love getting to watch every team in the conference play.
I also like to watch the women's sports, especially volleyball, soccer and softball. Who knew they were so competitive?
2 hours of Finebaum is enough, although his show is very entertaining.

the only reason I don't watch it more is Finebaum. just show classic sec games during his time slot and I would be happy

Pros: More primetime SEC football games. Basketball & recruiting coverage. Game replays and SEC stories.
Cons: The analyst needs an upgrade. I like McElroy and Spears...everybody else is Meh.
Finebaum being the face of the network & his obvious obsession with Bama is not good for the SEC.

I would love this. But not necessarily entire broadcasts. I enjoyed the college flash classics from JP that used to come on sportssouth. They were quick, 1 hour, replays of games with former coaches and players talking about it. It was JP so it did SEC and ACC games from the 90s-early 2000s.
I would love to see pre-92 and post-92 style replays like that.

Meh, used to have it all the time with JP / Lincoln.

The clear consensus is less Finebaum. It pains me to listen to local yokels call in with almost incomprehensible accents spouting nonsense only exacerbating the stereotypical SEC alumni/fan as inbred illiterates. It's insulting to anyone with an education.
Please cut the Finabaum show to 2 hours maximum and that should be interviews with coaches and experts on their respective sports.

More replays...but don't just replay the same games from last year.
