I would highly disagree with that.
UF's best run in school history coincided with one of our worst decades in school history. They owned us bad in the 90s, but when it's spurrier against goff/donnan it's not that hard...not to mention UF owned just about everyone they played in the 90s. It'd be no different than UGA owning say an ole miss or kentucky during our periods of recent success.
Now, in more recent times, let's say 01-10 (end of spurrier going on through Meyer), it's been more even. They have the head to head sure (which you didn't even mention in your comparison, only accomplishments), but in that time frame you have:
Division Titles:
UF- 2
UGA- 3
SEC titles:
UF- 2
UGA- 2
BCS Bowls:
UF- 3
UGa- 3

See I can joke about my beloved Tide. Signs have got to get mundane after awhile you'd think but every team or coach does and trys whatever to motivate the team.
I'll go out on a limb and say teams play better when they are motivated to their peak.

You're exactly right, but you missed that this is key to solving the puzzle. Not like Saban, weird, attention whoring, annoying, at Alabama, and summer are the clues. All those things point to just one man:

Considering you hired one of our assistant strength coaches as your head strangth coach, you probably should expect similar motivation ploys. We see some fanbase get bent out of shape over this every summer.

we're not bent out of shape, it was just unexpected. If we had known, like the poster above explained, that this is routine and happens every week with rotating teams nobody would have even mentioned it. I don't think any of us knew that was a "thing" though, so obviously it was a surprise to see.
