Both are OK in my book, even though the 70 yr old retirement law was discarded under Reagan, I'd be OK with mandatory retirement at 70 yr old if you've been working a government job for 3 terms or more.

I'd be even better if a politician needed to meet certain mental requirements after 3 terms and a certain age.

I'm tired of 80 yo politicians that have gotten rich over a 30 yr period.


PS - Lobbyest laws would also be great....as in eliminate 99 percent of them. Especially the ones that move from politics to lobbyist.
