Chips are down: Was Acie Law IV the greatest TAMU player in the last 20 years?

I remember him being a highlight reel (perhaps given greater magnitude with his game winner over Texas)
I looked up TAMU players in the NBA, and while Acie Law did not have the same success in the NBA as others, my anecdotal memory remembers him being a greater college player. Is this poor memory?
TAMU's list of players in the NBA is rather meager...

Would you look at that final score though

We don’t put out a lot of players to the league. Khris Middleton, DeAndre Jordan, Alex Caruso, Danuel House, Robert Williams. We aren’t a bball school historically.
Acie Law had a Sweet Sixteen run I think? He was extremely clutch closing out games. They had the stats on him his senior season, the last 5 minutes of a game he was shooting 80% from the 3 point line, averaging 10 points or something wild like that.
The shot he had over Durant in Austin to take the game to overtime was one of the sickest shots I’ve seen. (See the 2:52 mark on the video below).

I think this is the lasting memory I have of him getting on the highlights
Also XD at Billy Clyde prior to his Kentucky days

Acie Law. The only A&M team we would be down by 10 points with 5 minutes left, and we knew we won the game. Acie was gonna Acie.

Billy Clyde bought a lot of liquor with money Acie made him.

Alex Caruso is definitely my favorite aTm player. Blue collar NBA player.

I remember watching Antoine Wright during his Junior Year in 02-03 that he would break out and be an awesome NBA player. I was wrong about that.

He was pretty good but that honor has got to go to the GOAT Trey Hoffman.
We are talking back-to-back-to-back Meat Judging MNCs here. That's almost unheard of in the Animal Science streets

I still remember the No call vs UCLA. I don’t remember if that was BCG’s last team, or Mark Turgeon’s team.

Eh, for that matter none of us are down here.
But I remember Shelby Metcalf and that short Italian guy... it's not like y'all are historically unheard of in BB.

I'm old enough that I was one of the white shirts on the court after the shot.
Only went to three games that year due to course load, but tu was the last one I went to. Epic.
