Is it a 3 horse race with Pearl, Golden, and Gates?

I have definitely not forgotten about him. Class act, amazing back, and horrible injury luck.
I have no clue why people keep saying Lattimore. He had a path to becoming an all time great based on how he started off. What makes him even more memorable (sadly) were the grotesque in

Yall gotta stop saying Marcus Lattimore, no one forgets how good he was, nor forgets how gruesome his injuries were

What exactly happened and is going on here? How did last year's team overachieve bigly and this year's team bottom out?
Perhaps not even a fluke last year, was it smoke and mirrors?

Both games were lost solely due to insanely bad QB play.

I don't expect Milroe to be drafted by a bad team desperate for a QB - he should be treated as project.
Jalen Hurts has demonstrated that he improved nearly every single year based on his tape. Is that asking too much from Milroe to sit back and whet his blade?

The tournament matters for perception but nobody could argue the SEC is getting some sort of media hype right now. It's rooted in cold hard facts.

For who? If it isn't Alabama that wins the national title I sure as hell don't want anybody else from this league winning it.
This isn't really a conference pride ask - but perhaps more for the strength of the overall conference and Sankey. I agree with your thoughts - screw ever

The NCAAT is a crapshoot. The best overall teams winning it is relatively uncommon.
But if no one from the SEC makes it to San Antonio, some disappointment from SEC fans is definitely in order.
