That's right, the grit of a Texas Ranger, not a Houston Astro.
Astros ain't got no grits.
There are entirely too many Astro fans on this site.

Tomorrows headline:
"Oregon signs Arch Manning to record $10m NIL deal"

I’m sorry, but this reeks as a look at me moment

That’s a clever way to make sure everyone associates Quinn Ewers with the loss

He used a bunch of sports cliches we've heard a thousand times.
And you eat it up like a 8 year old.
Silly stuff.

I like how he posts a pic of Ewers and not him getting rocked. Great teammate!

"This is Texas. And we're just getting started." -- Arch Manning
Texas has been "getting started" for what seems like an eternity now.

Why a big picture of Ewers?

I don't see that on his X page. Was it posted by him on social media?

I disagree. It looks to me like a nod to Ewers before he (Manning) takes his job next season.
Arch seems to have more of his granddad Archie's attitude than his uncle Peyton. That's a definite good thing. I think he was probably the best qb in the SEC this yr and he must have the patience of Job to sit on that bench when he could have been lighting it up somewhere else this past season.

He can’t, his family is contractually bound to Texas for probably at least three years total
That $800 million hotel contract will prevent them from souring anything

Brick by Brick. We might lose but are Champs of Life!

Someone should inform him that it is, in fact, over. Texas choked from the one yard line and gave the game away.

If he's so ready why did Sark keep bringing him in to run on 4th down? The dude had the better arm by a lot. Sarkisian was either protecting Ewers from losing his job or he didn't think Manning was ready. Not a great look either way.

As an Ag, I personally enjoy these tu posers making their shite fans look idiotic.

Sounds like it was written by the marketing department.

If Arch was any good he wouldn't have splinters in his arse.
