My cousin and her husband are missionaries. They were in China up to the Covid pandemic. They were forced to come home and weren't allowed to go back I think. Very sweet couple and they have two precious kids....

I watched the Super Size Me documentary years ago. He said in it, that his girlfriend/wife (at the time) was a health nut, and they ate extremely healthy normally. He also did a food doc about the chicken industry and how the farmers ger screwed by Tyson and others....
