I do not get this committee. A&M lost to Bama by 19 and actually moved up to 4. LSU falls like a ton of bricks, yet 3 f our 4 losses were extremely winnable.

Have fun in NOLA Auburn

Well, ya know, Auburn didn't have their starting QB, and they scored 4 separate times.

LSU didn't make a first down against Bama. Auburn will rent hotel rooms and spend millions of dollars in New Orleans. The Sugar Bowl is breathing a sigh of relief...but that is not why Auburn only fell one spot.

LSU looked like shite vs

Auburn-This hurt them the most
Florida
Jax State
Wiscy

The committee doesn't look at the Bama game as a great performance by LSU, but like the rest of us, a sluggish effort by Bama's offense. Outside of Chattanooga that was our worst effort. We went through the motions that night.

LSU dropped like a sack of bricks because everyone expected them to quit again. Which they did against Florida. At this point LSU should take the rent-a-win bowl game to atleast get some positive momentum going into next year.

ESPN hates LSU.

They make the rankings, rite?

Had they watched the game, they certainly would have had to admit the losses weren't all that different. The main difference was Bama turnovers deep in their own territory. Without those, it's entirely likely Auburn would have been held scoreless and have given up more points. Some of the discrepancy can be attributed to so many ranked teams losing recently, but not all of it. They could also be looking at Auburn's injury situation, I guess. It's a fair (but pointless because there's nothing to be done about it now) complaint.

Also, the SEC offices are in Birmingham. That's relevant somehow.

The life of an LSU football fan... if there is a possibility to get screwed, it will happen.

Always.

How much a team rises or falls in a given week is affected by what other teams do. If you lose and a lot of other ranked teams win, then you might drop a lot. If you lose and a lot of other ranked teams lose too, then you might not drop much.

Why do you care about this season when you fired your coach in September?
