Kalen Dubose will NOT turn down the Chicago Bears when they come calling.

Dilwad Dennis Francioni he is not. This ain't TCU, or Texas State, or wherever Francioni ran off to. Maybe it was Aggy? New Mexico? I can't remember.

But the Chicago Bears is a dream job for Kalen Dubose, growing up in South Dakota. No one could blame him, and the Bears job WILL come open this year.

So who does Alabama go after?

Kiffin does not want the Alabama job, per my sources. Nor does Sark or Dan Lanning.

So that leaves Josh Heupel as the number one candidate for the Alabama Crimson Tide job, and it will be a roller coaster ride folks. Heupel wants the job badly. He wants to be the guy who smoked both cigars.

Here's THE list for the Tide:

1. Josh Heupel

2. Emily Drinkwuss

3. Dabo Swinney

4. Deion Sanders to fill the minority candidate interview spot.

5. Freddie Kitchens

6. Mark Stoops from Kentucky

Looking forward to this discussion

Let's begin

I'd be partial toward Mike Shula coming out of retirement,

In order for the Bears to hire DeBoer, that means he would have been very successful at Bama. But I thought Bama was on tDecline and DeBoer would be fired?

I wish you would make up your mind.

Bama circles back around to Lanning.
There will also be coaches this year and next that will make their mark and start getting attention.

None of those names you mentioned would even get a phone call and I will add Lane Kiffin to that list, who would take the job today. Don't kid yourself.
