Right leg shin splints years ago as a track runner. Painful as heck. Advil helped if I took 2 hours before practice. Normal healing time depends on the strength of the ankles and proper dorsal flexes.

I got drunk the other night, pissed off my family members, then tumbled down the stairs. Fractured my skull and spent a night in ICU. Gonna take 2 weeks to heal, according to doc.

We live in San Antonio. Wife brought back a sack from a visit to Louisiana. Crawfish were nice size and not too soft.
