Who benefits by the pipeline NOT being built? My understanding is the Canadian oil is currently shipped by rail (less efficient and more dangerous than a pipeline).

First home games were 1964. My Dad ran the concession stand for Coca-Cola. My job was to pull the bottles out of the ice tub, open them and place on the counter. Later, I ushered as a boy scout.
