Agreed. These huge conferences are why Texas missed so many top SEC teams and Indiana missed so many top Big 10 teams....

I sold concrete coatings for about 10 years. I would probably sand and repaint. Not much need to remove old coating....

Short answer is a definite no. I replaced all my landscaping in front and put in new lighting. Low voltage and looks amazing. Stays on all night and very bright. Put solar in back.
