I just used it. We have an old piece of equipment that someone is interested in but I have absolutely no idea what it's worth. Told Grok the serial number and what kind of condition it's in and she told me a price range to ask for. Even calculated shipping costs to move it.

Also the more than half the homes in NBR that aren't worth $75,000 so they don't pay any property tax. If we removed the homestead exemption it would make these money grabs a lot harder for them to pull off.
