It allows you to lift heavy while fresh and go to failure, hit a good bit of reps and it's easy to track. So it worked for me.

I swear by reverse pyramid training. I've lifted for years in high school and college football programs with different systems, be the 10,5,3,1 or sets of 5 or sets of 3 and etc. And it's by far my favorite fwiw.

Wasnt there just a clinical trial released a few weeks ago proving that the odds of becoming autistic for the unvaxed were way less likely than vaxed? Supposedly the medical community has known about these trials for some time and has done nothing about it.

Most IT band issues is from tight TFL and weak glutes. Hip hikes and couch stretch are what helped me. Also using the hip adductor/abductor machine when doing legs helped too.
YouTube the couch stretch ready state and you'll find a few great videos on scaling into it. I still have IT band issues but doing all these things make it to where I can deal with it as more of an annoyance than pain.

460-480 spy range seems to be bottom jarring global nuclear war type of thing. Saying that buying tqqq here is a pretty incredible long term opportunity including the divy imo. Nvda sub 100 is nice too long term.

I think MAIN is really good too.
I'm in the oil and gas industry and a lot of those are set it and forget it's too. ET PAA KMI MPLX. All of those have solid divys. ET has a ton of upside. Their CEO is incredible and he's getting into the powering data centers game now. I have some ET 2027 verticals at the moment to go with my shares.

This exactly! GL at 50$ and now APP at 250 is crazy. I also bought a ton of FANG at 140. These are great investment portfolio buys.
I'm also loading a ton of WULF around 3$. It'll be an easy 100% spike play sometime this year.
