They charge way too much rent and will continue to do so until people stop being fools. People get excited by the fall crowds and they think it's like that all year. They dont budget for it being dead in the spring and summer. ...

Place will be closed within two years unless he also owns the building it's going in. The rent on the Strip out of control. Corporate locations won't even put chains there any longer. They still get fools to come in and do their own thing though and lock them into a lease agreement. And the cycl...
