We have been riding an AI bubble for 3 years with the mostly paper tiger big 6 holding up an already rotted roof. It just needed a catalyst ( just like the 2008 housing crisis to expose to the greater public what the rest of us saw for years) Deepseek apparently being that catalyst, finally.

I'm reading a pretty good autobiography written by a British ship captain that hunted the Nazi boats and defended the shipping convoys in WW2 called U-boat Killer. An interesting, less covered part of war.

My dad was just telling me about a Docu he watched where some research company in The Woodlands used 23andMe DNA to solve a murder of over 30 years. Apparently you don't have to be the person who sends DNA with a close family member they can get close enough to narrow it down.
