re: Passing game needs to be more vertical
Posted by OzChuffnugg on 10/29/24 at 11:18 am
Nuss is averaging 325 yards a game. Yes the INTs have been at bad times and cost us. But the passing game is far from the problem with this squad. ...
re: Bryce Young played scout team for Panthers to imitate Jayden Daniels

Hahahahaha this is so awesome! Built by Bama!...
re: Any updates on Chris Hilton and if he will be available for Ole Miss?
Posted by OzChuffnugg on 10/7/24 at 10:13 am
I gave up on Chris Hilton years ago. Best ability is availability and has never been available since he stepped on campus. ...
re: Devin Whites Career trending down already?
Posted by OzChuffnugg on 10/4/24 at 7:56 am
NFL stands for Not For Long and seems like that is the case for White. Dude was a beast and was great for TB the first few years. Was a big part of their SB. From everything I’ve heard he has lost a step and makes poor reads now and he can’t make up for them with his supreme athleticism and speed...
re: Who was better Booger or Marcus?
Posted by OzChuffnugg on 10/1/24 at 4:17 pm
Love Booger but I'm going with Spears due to the Natty pick 6. Great moment in Tiger History. ...
re: watching JD pass to an offensive tackle this past week for a TD in red zone
It’s a dumb play even when it works
.
Why?! Gets the team fired up, still 6 points, the fat dudes dancing is always amusing, and you give some love to the unsung heroes that are never recognized in a football game. ...
re: Compare Paul Maneiri and Brian Kelly
Posted by OzChuffnugg on 9/19/24 at 12:58 pm
Over Kelly's first two seasons, he's went 12-4 vs the SEC (12-5 with the SECCG loss to UGA), with a much worse roster.
I'm not sure if I buy this. Les Miles was rolling out Danny Etling and Brandon Harris his last few years. We did not have two first round WRs with a potential th...
re: Compare Paul Maneiri and Brian Kelly
Posted by OzChuffnugg on 9/18/24 at 1:37 pm
I fail to see how they are even comparable. Which period of PM's era do you want to compare? I also don't understand why the board keeps bringing up PM and Les Miles as ways to present BK's flaws and shine both in a negative light. Both coaches are long gone and brought LSU wins, a natty, multipl...
re: We know Burrow is getting a statue one day

We got Billy out there, we should have Burrow and Daniels too!...
re: KELLY is worse than MILES
Posted by OzChuffnugg on 9/5/24 at 12:42 am
Oregon - only season opener vs. a legit team on your list (the other two during Miles’ tenure were Wisconsin). Va Tech - not a season opener, though it was a legit OOC win. TCU - finished 4-8 (2-7) unranked. BYU - finished 4-9 unranked.
Appreciate the fact check. Regardless, to ad...
re: KELLY is worse than MILES
he also lost to Wisconsin, Auburn a couple times blew a 21 point lead to Tennessee never crossed the 50 yard line versus Alabama in a national championship game
Never lost 3 straight openers though. And in fact, had a pretty unmatched out of conference record. I use to love the ...
re: For those off the BK bus, what would you have preferred?
Posted by OzChuffnugg on 9/4/24 at 2:13 pm
if 2 retards can win a natty and this guy cannot it is gonna be a bad bad look for woodward and kelly.
This is exactly my point. So many Tiger fans hold this view. Why aren't you putting BK in retard status?!? It is fine to list the LSU teams that had championship rosters that d...
re: For those off the BK bus, what would you have preferred?
Posted by OzChuffnugg on 9/4/24 at 1:53 pm
Other than that 10-2 or 9-3 was what was predicted for this team. We'll see how it plays out but all of this the world is ending BS is hilarious.
But this wasn't good enough during the Miles era. He was/is regarded as an underachiever in the eyes of so many Tiger fans for going 10...
re: Lets revisit some threads regarding BK
Posted by OzChuffnugg on 9/3/24 at 7:47 am
There were a lot of threads this offseason bashing Les Miles and his lawsuit. In those threads BK was widely considered head and shoulders above the rest and hands down the best coach we have had since Saban. Many fans asked the BK loyalists what he has done to prove that….question still applies....
re: Firing Brian Kelly is the popular narrative today…
Posted by OzChuffnugg on 9/2/24 at 11:35 am
I’ve been roasting and toasting BK all day. Yet I’m not saying he needs to be fired and a lot of LSU fans likely feel the same. It isn’t realistic. But the dude 100% deserves to be wracked over the coals for this shite. ...
re: Lacy celebration gif
Posted by OzChuffnugg on 9/2/24 at 11:32 am
And then a 12th year senior in Major Burns takes his helmet off ruining prime field position. Bunch of freshman…maybe I get it. A bunch of dumb arse stuff from the older guys is not a good sign of this team’s leadership. ...
re: Firing BK with cause. What are the categories?
Posted by OzChuffnugg on 9/2/24 at 10:16 am
Medical issues and needs to step down due to health reasons. Excessive choking and extreme anxiety when the lights shine the brightest. Can’t have someone leading a program with those medical issues. ...
re: Would you rather have Lincoln Riley or BK as your head coach?
Posted by OzChuffnugg on 9/2/24 at 9:53 am
This a real question? Riley is regarded as a young innovative coach who has taken some bad Ls but seems to have a bright future. BK is an old timer with a long history of choking and not winning big games and always blames his shortcoming on his players. He is doing the same shite he always did her...
re: Hey, 9 wins can make the playoff if the ball bounces the right way
Posted by OzChuffnugg on 9/2/24 at 9:35 am
And if we sneak in at 9-3, what about BK’s track record makes you think round 1 is anything other than an embarrassing more than likely blow out loss?...
re: Does anyone honestly think BK can win….
Posted by OzChuffnugg on 9/2/24 at 8:57 am
No. Not just no but hell no. The dude can’t win big games. The one time he won a big game against Bama in 2022, he proceed to throw away a playoff opportunity by losing inexcusably to A&M. To think this dude is capable to win enough big games to get into the playoffs and then rattle off 2 to 3 bi...
