He is the Voice of Alabama football. Kind of like how Jim Hawthorne is for LSU. :geauxtigers:

This year is the only year that I can ever remember that if ANY player went out for a few plays that I truly sweated another guy coming in at ANY position. Amazing depth.

would you like some wood to accommodate that flame

And that clearly means Oregon has a better argument then Bama because yards mean everything.

Be prepared for a "stat rally" brah!

The only way I could see us going is, if the teams at the top start having multiple losses.

Bama always says LSU backed into '07 and that's what Bama is trying to do according to that logic except LSU will have won the SECw & the SECCG. Speaking of which, at the end of the season every decent team had two losses. None of LSU's were in regulation and most importantly we played what ended being 8 ranked Top 25 opponents that year which is a record for championship teams. :geauxtigers:

Bama wins by 28 points IMO. They really need style points. The BCS is in it's "beauty contest" stage and Bama has a dirty dress.

wouldn't be fair to the SEC Eastern Division champion. However, it would be especially unfair to LSU. They beat us at home, on a Saturday night, in a truly electric environment.

oh and you forgot the part while we are still busting our asses in ATL trying to beat another possible Top 12 team after facing a Top 10 Arky... Bama has it's feet propped up on an Ottoman listening to Eli Gold's Christmas Hit's from the 70's!

Hebert, Blackwell, Peterson, JJ, JL, Stampley

Hebert - My fav player but just not a dominate guy. Perhaps smallest OL on the squad.

Blackwell - Converted DL who will be missed for his tenacity and leadership

Peterson - Great talent but inconsistent

JJ/JL - self explanatory

Stampley - Started out as starter and is now 3rd on depth chart.

Just a 'tad' ambitious I think

Not at all. I think Randle stays. The experience/talent we have returning on D should allow us to sleepwalk through half of our schedule. Frankly, I don't see a team that is close to our level returning the same amount of talent with our experience. :geauxtigers:
Nope. Both have been beat by LSU and Oregon was taken to the wood shed. Bama also has a better SOS fwiw
have secured commitments after a game like that. Kind of odd this close to end of season - but I understand the season is not over and lots will commit at the UAAA or AAA games or signing day.

yes. They've been recruiting this kid for a while. IMO, a long shot at best.

Really? Were you at the Auburn game? Those bastards had the entire S.E. lower bowl seats right outside the visiting tunnel and were able to actually start an "atmosphere." I hate this because it seems we give prime seating right where opposing fans want to sit and we get spread out in other stadiums in the very worst seats. It's not an accident that opposing fans at other SEC stadiums or spread out. It's good for their season ticket holders and it makes more sense for season ticket holders. Alleva needs to fix that crap. I'm tired of visiting fans having better ticket options than TAF members.
Thanks for the reminder... Voting ends on the 15th. Daily reminder is appreciated

Yep... Honey badger maliciously karate chopped Swag in the throat and "vagal nerve grabbed" him. It was meant to kill Dre. I'm glad he survived. HoneyBadger needs to be incarcerated and prosecuted for attempted murder

Ok, I'll bite. You got ran out of the stadium by a team that we beat in their backyard and you are crowing like you're going to win the Super Bowl?

LSU will be looking ahead. Anyone with so much as a hang nail will be sitting the bench.
