Sure, if you ignore him being an UFA after this year. This move signals a rebuild year is in store for 2025-26. Trading him while competing for playoff spots would've been dumb. We got great value for a player who's gone next year in what has become a throw away year.

yeah my homeowners has gone up over 70% since 2021. the big one was the nearly 60% increase from 2022 to 2023.
