I don’t know what “Plains” culture would be? I was raised in Oklahoma and been to Alabama many times for training and there was nothing different except OK is landlocked and AL is not. Maybe a little flatter! ...

Definitely! And I’ve been to most towns in Oklahoma (Enid, Woodward, Sapulpa,BrokenArrow,Bixby,Muskogee,Altus, Ponca City) that overall have a Southern type culture. Not “Deep South” but definitely Southern overall as a State....

So, what is Southwest culture then?? Because I grew up in Oklahoma hearing everyone say y’all, eating at the waffle house, eating grits, etc. Definitely not Southwestern nor Midwestern culture. Seems y’all get too bent out of shape on who’s Southern and who’s not! So, just call it Oklahoma culture w...
