Men and women gymnastics are #1 nationally, too. Yeah, I know, you don't care.....but you'll chant SEC SEC SEC when all three OU teams raise the banner......again and again and again..
And once again, there are more Oklahoma Sooners playing in the Super Bowl than any other college football team.
It's that SEC Gauntlet.
Alabama didn't beat Tennessee and Tennessee couldn;t beat Ohio State.

Well, well, well, the SEC exposed. And don't give the excuse that Tennessee is "only" the third best team in the SEC.

OHIO STATE IS "ONLY" THE THIRD BEST TEAM IN THE BIG TEN.

Vols should be glad they didn't have to play Oregon.
Or Penn State.
Or even 7-5 Michigan.
SMU lost on last minute and last second field goals to ranked teams. 3 points.
Three points is all Bama could score against OU which ran a ONE dimensional offense due to ELEVEN starters/key backups out for not only that game but almost the entire season.

Obviously, Bama "didn't want to be there."

Lesson-lose to a top ten Tennessee team and finish 11-1 and you're in. But throw in 2 more losses to a pair of cellar dwellers from your conference and you're out.
With the Sooners and Whorns out of the way, OSU was planning to own the BigXII. The Sooners will end the 2024 regular season with more wins that OSU when playing Big XII teams. OSU-no wins in 9 Big XII games; OU with one win playing against one BigXII team.
Little brother, OSU, is acting up just like aTm did when Aggies moved to SEC and refused to played Texas. Gundy and the President of OSU refuse to play the Sooners in football. They got a long series of games lined up with their new rival, the Tulsa Golden Hurricane.
The Texas fight song and its secondary fight songs are all about OU.

Texas could care less about aTm.

I just got YouTubeTV. It has the SECN. How do we find OU content on the SECN? Does SECN have OU content on demand?

For example, how do I find the Venables weekly press conference on the SECN? Do I have to watch it live or can I watch it a few hours later at my convenience? Thanks

Because Michigan lost their HC and all of their good players from last year went to NFL or hit the transfer portal. This team is nothing like last season’s team. But, TEX will still act like they beat the 85 Bears if they win.

Are you saying Texas wins because Michigan lost good players?

How many Texas players were drafted last spring? Was it half of the starting lineup?

I'll take the one game suspension against Temple for getting the #1 running back last year.

Would rather he take off the game against Maine in November.
We aren't used to cupcakes in November; need to have Demarco coaching our RB room beginning week 1. November cupcake is the SEC Way.

Self-reported. Just like the, "our team is eating too many ounces of spagheti per meal."

When will Whorns come clean?

Michigan Stadium.

Lots of laughs for the person who said their favorite NON SEC stadium was Razorback Stadium.

Where did the rumor come from that OU has no NIL?
But that OU wins because OU has always filled the bags?

I think in 20 years we're definitely gonna hear about some teams that really lost out in CFB realignment because they couldn't stand out as a big dog amongst puppies anymore.

Nebraska is the first official victim of that particular syndrome.

Nebraska has not been Nebraska because of poor coaching hires and they lost their prime recruiting area. When in the Big XII, they recruited players from Texas.

When they moved to the Big Ten, they lost those Texas recruits. The Big Ten has plenty of cities with high school players but how many want to go to college out on the farm in Nebraska if they live in Chicago, Cleveland, Cincinnati, Pittsburg. And the Texas players don't want to go to Nebraska because they will never play a game in Texas unless a bowl.

The SEC is a tremendous step up in competition but OU is not going to collapse just because Nebraska did.
