A thought:
Maybe they want Sloan to focus on playcalling duties more this year to improve in some areas.
Obviously he's still going to coach QBs, but Rattay may have been brought in to help share the load

I mean he did say it eventually, sounds like Moore is "done" but they can't make it official until a week from today.
