re: Napier throws shade at ETN/UGA when asked about his RBs…
throwing that shade about a guy being out after deliberately trying to injury him two weeks earlier is punk behavior.
No one tried to deliberately injure him. Did you seriously believe that Cletus moron on twitter saying he was being punched in the face? If you actually look at ...

Napier isn't that kind of guy. I don't think he was throwing shade at Etienne, he was just giving props to his coach and RB room.
But, there looks to be some sensitive Georgia fans who just need to take a midol, maybe have some chocolate, or whatever it is you do and calm down....
we're not gonna get whipped as long as Lagway stays healthy
Don't forget Lagway threw two or three passes directly at LSU players who just couldn't catch for some reason. He's a freshman and certainly makes freshman mistakes. On at least one of those potential interceptions, the ...
Can Napier actually get to six wins in 2024? Unbelievable.
Yeah, it is pretty incredible and now 8-5 isn't outside the realm of possibility. Ole Miss has lost to Kentucky and LSU, which is good news. Bad news I guess would be that they beat Georgia down and the fact that Ole Miss...
re: Does UGA losing to Ole Miss
Posted by brambo on 11/9/24 at 7:34 pm
Hrm, good question. I don't know enough about moral victory rules to say for sure. One other side effect is that Ole Miss only has Florida and Mississippi State left on the schedule. If they win out, they go to the playoffs. And, if they go to the playoffs, Kiffin's not leaving Ole Miss. He needs...

Thats been your tier and you don't even have the Spurrier and Meyer years so why even bring this up?...

Had Mullen not rolled with Grantham for a fourth season in 2021, he might have been given an additional year to establish a new DC. In 2024, Napier would have had the luxury of choosing any OC he wanted. Yet, he will be searching for a new OC for a make-or-break 2025 season. There is no more second ...

Caw was just saying what has been said for the last decade ever since 2013. At the end of a seven-game losing streak (including Georgia Southern) Foley decided to give Muschamp a fourth season and decide Florida won't participate in the facilities arms race (he said it publicly the following year)....

The Lagway playing this week rumor is Napier trying to be "smart".
I'd be really surprised to see him, and if we did I would be really surprised to see him pull it down and run without 15-20 yards of empty grass in front of him.
So, either way Texas is prepping for an immobile qb....
re: Video of dirty Gators trying to hurt Etienne on the 3rd play of the game
Posted by brambo on 11/4/24 at 3:26 pm
Is this the play he gets his mouthpiece ripped off? The mouthbreathing moron narrating this video repeatedly plays the same part over and over again and seemingly can't figure out what is happening. Then when it looks like we can finally figure out what was happening as the mouthpiece disconnects,...
Why was he signed?
He was a walk on. All four of his grandparents are UF grads by the sounds of things.
That first throw he made downfield was scary. Just stayed in the air forever and aimed at no one in particular. I knew in that moment this was going to definitely be a loss...

I thought he was going to light it up this season. He was great the last couple seasons and we could all just imagine how elite he would be behind a far better offensive line than Florida has had. Instead, he's not improved and somehow is doing worse.
There's still plenty of time left in the se...

The new starting Florida QB was third string (or worse) at Yale last season.
The new backup was starting QB at Colorado State in 2022. He was 72.2 CMP%, 1910 yards, 10 TD, 6 INT. He looks like he can make actual college level throws.
This is part of why Napier sucks....
re: Florida fans, does this game change your opinion of Napier?
Posted by brambo on 11/2/24 at 8:47 pm
He had completed 2 passes in the 26 minutes he played. Rushing and passing he'd had a total of 65 yards.
Why do old people have such a hard time understanding that in modern football, a mobile quarterback with an accurate deep ball opens up the running lanes for the RB?...
You must be new to NCAA football. If Napier beats UGA there's no way he is fired.
If he loses to FSU to finish the season 5-7 he is almost certainly gone. You're the one who must be new. A fluke win followed by three straight losses including one to your (likely) 2-9 archrival wo...

Best player on defense just announced as out for the season. Tre Wilson, also not playing. He happens to have played in exactly 4 games, so...that'll be interesting.
Without Jason Marshall, you might as well put the kids college fund on the money line. Cormani McClain is up and he still hasn't ...

FSU on average
Real old timers and young people would probably say Georgia is. But anyone who lived in Florida and watched college football in the 90s knows how exciting those intrastate games were and base their rivalries on that peak period of college football. To be fair though, the last two d...

The guy needed another season at a minimum. But, leaving when he did was the best thing he could do financially. The fools were going to pay him, so he got paid. There's no guarantee he would have even kept his starting job the following season if he stayed in college.

Is it not accurate just because TE is a better player? If TE sucked would he be less of a POS?
Brenton Cox was a freshman on defense who didn't get much playing time. He got kicked off the team and then had to sit a year. Etienne was nominally #2 but shared carries 50/50 with Joh...
