If they put a stipulation to not receive lobby money I'd be slightly ok with the raise. Motives matter and this bill looks like crap. I wish Johnson would talk about why he resorted to this stuff. I'm curious if other things that pale in comparison were being discussed. Don't say it had to be passed...
