Clayton also got fouled on an obvious 3 ball that wasn't called.
Man stop that BS. We had a bunch of shite go against us too, and in crunch time we nutted the frick up!

Goodness....

Don't sweat the trolls. Us Florida fans know that if Auburn had taken us down they'd be in our spot right now. Auburn is one of the main reasons SEC got the credit they did this year.

If you go to 20 years, Florida makes it with their 2006-2008 run in both sports.

Absolutely nuts to have won both basketball and football titles TWICE in a 3 season span. That won't ever be done again.

Florida's numbers since 1985 (since 2000)

National Titles: 2 (2)
Champ game appearances: 3 (3)
Final 4s: 6 (5)
Elite Eights: 10 (9)
Tournament appearances: 25 (19)

NCAA tournament record: 52-22 70.2%
(43W 16L) (72.8%)

*For Florida their first tournament was in 1987 so the first number is basically our total*

Also fun fact....Florida is the only program in the nation to be undefeated vs UCLA (playing more than 2 times)
Florida is 4-0 vs UCLA (all tourney games)

I think Auburn or Floridas A game has a shot. Still think it's going to be an uphill battle. Florida's bigs need to play better though. I don't like the matchup for Tennessee, I feel their bigs will foul out early and they'll get eaten alive. Maybe Houston can get them playing in Texas.

Michigan shot 27 FTs in the second half. Jesus

Refs really took that one from ya'll late. Seemed obvious to me. I stopped watching around 3 min left and I'm sure the refs made some really bad calls in A&Ms favor near the end (when it was out of reach) to make if look fair.
There was a stretch when A&M was up like 3-6 where the refs called like 5 possessions in a row favoring A&M giving 4 fouls on A&Ms big and Michigan went up like 6-8 just snatched everything from A&M. It was like a 10+ point swing and it was disgraceful. It's pathetic bc Michigan might have won anyways, but what I've been seeing this tournament has been disgusting.
Drakes Good but damn does Drake get all the calls. Or no calls I should say. hackers.
quote:

Drake is legit. There's a reason they were a popular upset pick.

They're good, but Mizzou looks like they don't know shite about the players they're up against.
embarrassing man...cmon Mizzou where's that scrappy arse team?!
Mizzou I'm certain throws games lmao. I'm 100% sure now.
Aidoo throws a bad pass and doesn't run the floor letting Kansas get the put back SMH. SMH

thought Missouri would come out to prove a point because Drake was everyone's "upset" pick.

Mizzou is the Weirdest team. They are so damn tough vs us but they are very inconsistent.
quote:

We look awful, Gates better make a big adjustment quick or they'll get too far ahead with this pace.

To be fair they're letting Drake hack Mizzou so bad it's making me laugh.
Mizzou getting a bit shafted so far. Drake's all over them.

re: Holy shite 27-3 Georgia???????

I just don't understand how Georgia could be so unprepared. Gonzaga seemed to know exactly what UGA was trying to do on both sides of the ball for the entire first 10ish minutes.
Then on D when a guy is 2/2 or 3/3 from 3 you don't just keep giving him the open look.

Gonzaga's a better team, but Few coached circles around MW. I really thought Georgia was going to be locked in since they haven't been in the big dance in a while.

I understand Xavier playing in basically a home game, but these announcers are clearly pulling for them. I expect this to continue against the SEC teams.

Tourney's been like this for a while. The first few rounds are the worst.
quote:

A ref screw job combined with Texas missing shots. Every SEC team needs a heads up. They better play their best ball because you’re not going to get the calls. Xavier got away with endless fouling. Texas did not. Forget the home game stuff. The crowd wasn’t loud enough to make a difference. Texas missed too much.

Uhh yeah we noticed last year lmao. Still mad about it.
No play in team should get a home court advantage.
