He reminds me of Andre Debose.

Someone correct me but I thought the battle was between Patrick Peterson and Jai Eugene on the right side and Chris Hawkins and Brandon Taylor on the left side?

Here’s a couple of thread topic ideas for you. I know you must be running low on ideas:
Had JL not gotten hurt in the Ole Miss game, how many more interceptions and pick sixes would he have thrown by the end of the season?
How long will it be before someone else breaks JL’s NCAA record 7 pick sixes in a single season? Or do you believe that it is a record that will never be broken?

Damn BT you loon, you are still stuck on apologizing for JL at the same time you are branding everyone who says that JJ should be the starter as a JL basher. Give it up you obsessed nutcase! :doublebird:
How many more threads like an obsessed nutcase are you going to start on exactly this same idiotic topic? Give it up man...Miles has settled the issue, JJ will be the starter.

I'll vote Shep.

I don't know. Ask me again after the Georgia game.

Well I guess, but when and where did RS run a 4.3 in the forty?

I've noticed that Scout is sucking this year in their evaluations. Not to mention that the player's measurables are outdated too this year.

Did this really happen? Has anyone else seen a one star jump to a 4 star this quickly?
I'm afraid DandyDon is getting a little old. A one star prospect means that prospect hasn't been evaluated yet.

I’m guessing that Russell Shepard will get anywhere from 5 to 10 plays a game depending on the opponent.
I’d like to see RS run that option play we run out of the pistol formation. The same play that we ran against VT when KW made that spectacular long run for a touchdown in 2007. That should give defenses a few fits. I mean who do you key on, RS or KW.
Last year that play didn’t work because JL was no threat to run, but this year with JJ and RS, that play should be big this year for both KW and RM. I can hardly wait.

KW also looked like a different guy the beginning of last year
KW definitely got off to a slow start last year, but picked it up in the second half of the season.

In 2007 the option out of the pistol formation worked very well for us and KW and RM both did well on that play. Last year because JL was running it, the defenses were able to concentrate on the running back and ignore JL altogether since he was no threat to run and that play ended up being a dud. This year with JJ running it, that play should open up for us again. Thus, I believe that both KW and RM will have better seasons this year.

Blackmon at 6'4" 278# and 4.8 in the 40 according to what Miles told him will likely be a DT.

What I read is that Blackmon reminded him of Dorsey. Didn't say his play, his stance, his appearance, etc. Since we offered, I take it to mean his play.
Blackmon said in another article I’ve read, that Miles said specifically that Blackmon’s “get off” is like Glen Dorsey’s was. Thus, even though Blackmon is quick enough to play defensive end, his future is probably as a defensive tackle.

Blackmon is a 6-4, 278-pounder who runs 4.8 seconds in the 40-yard dash. He has a 29-inch vertical leap, lifts 500 pounds in squats and 345 in bench press. During his junior season at Selma, he collected 65 tackles with 10 sacks and two knockdowns.
Blackmon’s performance at this week’s LSU camp impressed coaches so much they offered him the scholarship

ITs not good enough for some of you that a SR leader of this football team has said that this isnt a one man race for qb playing time, as MANY of you on this board proclaim
Actually, Miles has already declared JJ the starter! C Black was just being diplomatic since it isn’t his place to declare who should start.

Some of you can not fuking stand it,,, you despise JL that much.
Some of you moonbats obviously have a man crush and a hard on for JL!

These qb topics or posts that I make have ZREO to do with who should or shouldnt be the starter.
Then why do you obsessively start thread after thread and then personally attack everyone and anyone who so much as says that JJ should be the starter as a JL basher?
