Had em in va about 12 years ago..I had never heard them before . There were millions and they sounded like a tornado warning siren...just crazy sounding and deafening....

We just paid cash for a home lot. Luckily there is no requirement to build. Looks like I'm gonna just have to put more down and dump in lots of equity or just sit firm. At 2.99 I'm sitting firm. I will build if I can look in at 6.5......
