Since 1998, when the BCS had the top 2 teams actually play for the title, the current SEC teams have won 17 titles with 8 different teams.

Current BIg 10 has 4 wins with 2 schools (technically, USC has zero...), and the ACC has 4 wins w 2 schools

(BAMA6, LSU3, Georgia and FLA 2 each, Tenn, OK, Tx, Auburn 1
FSU, Miami 2 each
Ohio St 3, Mich 1)

He is absolutely correct. But college football is a different sport than it was a couple years ago. I see the conferences as pretty damn even right now and going forward.

Of course they will argue the game has changed. Those that say that will also tell you the climate has changed. Nothing could be further from the truth. I would say SEC Football is the CLIMATE and all other conferences, combined, are the WEATHER!!

Climate occurs over a very long period of time. Weather is what is currently occurring.

If we don’t get rid of Sankey it won’t be long before we truly are at the bottom.
