It's a generational/episodic thing that young people do, much like TikTok being the Crocs of social media. I guarantee if you're over 40 you likely wore those dumbass birkenstocks, had white or stone washed jeans with frayed bottoms or tight rolled, and one of those stupid braided belts. Crocs and camo for a southern truck dealership by a QB from a southern blueblood CFB program seems to be a fit for a younger demographic in the region.
I've never worn a pair. I'll stick to my flops and shorts in the summer. I've also teased my son in law about them, but it's a weird flex.
More so, not sure what your hard-on for Simpson and his attire is about. That seems the weirdest thing about all of this.

2nd year in the DeBoer system for one and all, including coaches. Every year is its own universe in college football. Ty is buying time, and at some point, that becomes experience. Mac Jones waited it out, and Ty Simpson has now done the same. 14 games or that Playoff berth could easily be the reward.
