OU is exceptionally low here. A top five fanbase in terms of loyalty.

I agree y’all have been crazy for football for over 100 years, and have recruited many of Texas’ best high school players. We can never take an OU game for granted, and many of y’all’s coaches have had our number…

It’s Vanderbilt. Not even close. Who else would support losing every year for the past 60 years (with a few good years recently)/. None of you would show up if your team had this record.

My understanding is that Vanderbilt has gotten a pass for football over the years since Vanderbilt is essentially a Southern Ivy League school. I like your current football coach, who is doing a remarkable job…

If Alabama had that record, suicides and murders would rise.

No way Texas and LSU should be in the top ten. Their huge tshirt fan bases will trash their players, coaches and schools whenever the going gets tough. Check out the Burnt Orange Nation or Tiger Rant after any loss. LSU vacates the stands early in any game, football or baseball, when they are losing. Texas fans bailed on the football team for ten years or more.

Texas and LSU are every bit as loyal as A&M. We just don't go to the games if our team sucks.

What is the true measure of "fan loyalty"? Butts in seats, donations?

They help keep you at the tailgate and not go in the game.

The list is laughable. Why do a list and not give the parameters?

Im old enough to remember when alabama had the three blind mikes, the FBI couldn’t find an alabama fan.

How small is your football stadium?
How small your baskeball arena?

I'm old enough to have seen in person a curtain hanging in the AU basketball arena.

what? That is no where close to true. Been born and raised in Mississippi and traveled all around and know people in every corner of this state. I have never come across a fan such as you are describing

Now, there are people in NE Mississippi who are Alabama football fans and Miss state baseball fans. That’s a rare one but a weird one.

I live in Central MS. I see it all the time.

Lmao…” LSU fans…true ride or die..”.
When you post ignorant sarcasm, you should at least label it as such. Lol. This time in 2025 y’all were calling yourself the on coming national champs. By the end of October of 2025, the entire fanbase was in total disarray, tens of thousands of the fans deserted the stadium and team in Baton Rouge. LSU fanbase provided the biggest shitshow ever seen in college football for the next three months…hundreds of people enjoyed the LSU basketball season..in late 2025 and early 2026 the LSU fanbase proclaimed themselves the 2026 baseball national champs…now dozens of y’all are attending the LSU baseball games. Lol..you call that “loyalty”.
Son…day drinking and being drunk this early in the day in the middle of the week at your single wide is seldom a good thing. ????

South Carolina
UK
MSU

Possibly Missouri and Arkansas…but not as familiar with them over the long term.

Whoever said Vandy…sorry…but no. Even UK fans used Vandy as a home away from home game for years.

Props to Texas AM as well. No question a loyal fan-base. While not the severe level of despair as some, it takes something to keep coming back to 8-4 over and over and over.

It’s easy as fvck to be a bama or Georgia fan.

Being a Missouri / South Carolina / Miss St fan is hard.

I think the winner is South Carolina. They have had shite to celebrate in terms of winning and pack their stadium every Saturday and are loud.

Also, for all the shite they get, A&M are super loyal.

Lol…you obviously don’t have enough education to understand what loyalty is. Since you just stated the very definition of disloyalty. You are only a fan when things are going great. How did your wife handle those wedding vows?
“I take you for better or when things are going good only.” Lol

Perhaps this is the reason for their struggles.

Blind loyalty often leads to a bad product. If fans will show up regardless, then there's no motivation by the AD to actually put good teams on the field.

This is pro sports now, everyone is getting paid. Why would I, as a fan, fight traffic, spend hundreds of dollars, and brave the elements to consistently watch a bad product?
