Love all the advertising Las Vegas is doing for this game which sold out two weeks ago....a crowd of over 65,000 in Allegiant Stadium....teams coming from the glitz & ritz of Los Angeles and the cool cajun confines of Baton Rouge....Trojans vs. Tigers.....gonna be a great game.
We Trojans fans know our way on the short distance to Las Vegas, but for any of you LSU fans/alumni planning to go, here's a link from the LSU Alumni Association that offers a travel guide for Tigers fans going to Vegas.
Fight On!

Their beach sucks just like the state and city of which they are from.

There’s some good surf, but otherwise it’s not very pretty and the water is always freezing.

It’s more like the Big City Ghetto vs the small city Ghetto.

Orange Beach, Alabama doesn't suck? Compared to Los Angeles area beaches as shown below, I think Orange Beach, Alabama probably sucks a big one.
LAGUNA BEACH
MALIBU

HUNTINGTON BEACH
SANTA MONICA

NEWPORT BEACH (my birthplace!!)

And.........here's something you won't find at Orange Beach, Alabama or anywhere else on the East Coast of the United States (except in your hurricanes, perhaps!)..........
SURFING SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA-STYLE!!

You bet!
I've been all over the world.....it's 800 miles from California's northern border to its southern border....and all that land is among the most beautiful scenery in all the world! Then, to top it all off, we have the most beautiful weather in the world, too.
California's the ONLY place on the planet whereby one can go surfing in the morning, snow skiing in the afternoon, then go camping out at night in the desert --- all within the same day, 24-hour period.
We've got crooked politicians and stupid laws and exhorbitant living cost....but, you're right....no one can go hating upon California's natural beauty! The Golden State was truly blessed in this regard.

You posted about Los Angeles didn't you? Where the University of Southern California is located. Now do one during covid. Like when you got arrested for being on a CLOSED beach or to damn close to someone. Also, the homeless camps and the used drug needles in the sand. Waiting.
Being born and raised in Louisiana, I can tell you it is a cultural thing that you or any other not from there can understand. Do you even know why the LSU Tigers are called the Bayou Bengals or The Fightin Tigers?

California is a great place, if you could remove the people.

Usc isn't exactly on the Beach. It's in a shite inner city area surrounded by crime, but continue.
Not that Baton Rouge is any better from that aspect.

Lived in L.A. for 3 years. It sucks, USC is in a war zone, BR isn’t close to this shite-hole.
Yes, The weather is awesome, scenic views for sure, but beaches suck with cold compacted sand. Stick to the Redneck Riviera, way way way better beaches and you can actually get in the water.
