Damn it this is tough
I think we need to do separate tournaments for sides and desserts next time. It’s not fair to put the undercard and post show against the main event

Pecan Pie losing to Chicken Fried Steak is a travesty.
Pecan Pie needs to fire the entire coaching staff because there’s way too much talent there to not make the final 4. Clean house.

If anything epitomizes the south it is a big ol’ plate of fried chicken on a Sunday afternoon. Of course there will be a side of fried okra and a pitcher of sweet tea.
I am voting based on a combination of what I personally like but also on what is most southern. Different people have different tastes. As for me, there was nothing on the original list that I would not destroy if it were in front of me.

Not to me.
Look at all the restaurants that do nothing but serve fried chicken. And then even the ones that don't sell just chicken sell some type of fried patty sandwich.
But there are 0 chicken fried steak places. Cracker Barrel and diners are about the only places you can find them on a menu.
People love them some fried chicken.

Oh Yeah that makes sense. It’s likely just different here cuz all the mom and pop restaurants and cafes here serve CFS. Harder to find fried chicken
