south carolina has a top 4 rpi and 3rd most Q1 wins. would be a guaranteed top 16 seed today, and they are in the bottom half of the league with a losing record.

OU plays Bama tonight in the rubber match.
OU is not as strong this year. Lost all pitching and newcomers are young and struggling. We have one ace transfer and she needs more support to go all the way, which I haven’t seen yet. Probably our worst team in past 5-6. Still really good but lacking pitching depth.
Have some great young players plus next class. If Patty can get some pitching in off season we’ll be back on top next year.
This was the perfect year for contenders to be peaking, window is cracked open for someone else to win it all.

With OU turning over their entire roster this year and one Senior starter if you're going to get OU this is the year to do it.

This is State's best team in history. They are fourth in the SEC standings and have Oklahoma, Kentucky and Ole Miss left.
Last time State had a winning SEC record? 2000. But they've been ti 19 regionals in those 24 seasons. They went 10-14 two years ago and hosted a Super Regional. It is brutal in the SEC.

There aren't any every year series in softball. Alabama doesn't play Auburn or Tennessee this season.

I haven't been paying attention lately, but MIzzou is usually very competitive in softball.

It's incredible what first year HC Ashley Chastain has done so far this season in Columbia. It's crazy how AD Ray Tanner whiffed so hard on the baseball hire but seems to have hit a home run with the softball hire.
