Hopefully everybody will do this. Everywhere. Including the Secret Service.

They are keeping all of the people and changing the name of the department to something equally nonsensical. This is a ruse designed to fool people like you and it worked like a charm.

DEI undergoing a reorganization and rebranding. Nothing will change.

Be smarter.

Probably, but you still gotta wait for that to happen, and the fact there is enough backlash to cause them to do such a thing is great.

People will likely always try to use such things for power/profit, but if the population isn't having it, then it's worthless.

Don't give us that much credit. They are just doing this to get around the Alabama bill that passed banning funding for any DEI in public schools. They are just renaming it.

Already a done deal. The new department is named Opportunities, Connection, and Success

Same racism; different name

Didn't we keep a few Auburn folks employed in this office? Something about them being minorities.

DEI isn’t about just giving someone a job bc they are a female, gay, white, black, etc. it’s about giving equal treatment to all. Not denying a person a bc they are gay or Hispanic. It’s the same way republicans try to make”woke” being a bad thing. A group to claim they are so holy and a children of God does exhibit a lot of hate

Do you want your starting offensive line to be 1 Asian lady, 1 white lady, 1 black lady, 1 Latin male and 1 black guy?

Or would you prefer one based on meritocracy where the best players are the ones that play because their race and gender is irrelevant?

Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) are organizational frameworks which seek to promote the fair treatment and full participation of all people, ... meaning don’t discriminate. If that Asian is the best then give him a shot.

No. They do not seek this. They seek “Equity” without regard to effort or ability. They seek to maintain a system of taking from one group and giving to another group based on race, and in this way do harm to both groups of people.

If Affirmative Action and DEI is so great, I want to see it in college football based on ratios. Equal and fair right. Helping those underprivileged people. Those recruiting classes don't seem to represent the actual population ratios

If you are doing things based on race and gender, then you are by default discriminating and not choosing the best. You're so damn ignorant, you actually do the thing you claim to be fighting against.

If you are choosing the best, race and gender have no meaning.

Get a fricking education instead of indoctrination.
