Pruitt knew he was breaking the past and current rules ….. nil or not you can’t prepay for recruits.
I guess that you didn't read this part.
A key point of the suit: Jeremy Pruitt claims that Tennessee was illegally paying players before he arrived and that he reported the violations to then-AD Phillip Fulmer in 2017.

Hope he settles for $10 million vs NCAA and reinstatement of immediate coaching eligibility, then sues UTk for his full contract owed.
I don't love him as HC, but would love to see him coaching Bama as Co-DC

If he wins, Tenner should solely be responsible for paying it

Did Fulmer tell him to continue it? All we know is that Pruitt continued it.
This is a lawyer money grab attempt.

Fulmer told Pruitt that “he would handle it,” per the complaint.
Why would Pruitt continue something he never started or participated in

And just like that, Tennessee will sink back to the ashes.

Tennessee deserves this. Fulmer deserves this for getting Alabama put on probation.

1) “Sink back to the ashes” is not a saying. It doesn’t make any sense.
2) PruPru has not been successful in his prior attempts at this, doubtful if he will be this time around
3) VOLS have money to pay any unlikely resulting fines
4) better to be a has-been than a never-was

Good. I hope he wins and the NCAA is forced to fold as a result.

That’s the best part. We suffer through these awful Pruitt seasons (not to mention the Dooley and butch years were very recent history) and then we find out he cheated….for that?? I mean Jesus.
