ASU was unranked, but UCLA was ranked. And both of those losses involved a bunch of injuries on the defense.

Les Miles was a problem too when he inherited Saban's program, until he wasn't.
So we’re gonna see a lot of halfback dives off tackle with DeBoer?
Interesting…

They weren't ranked when they played.
ASU gave him fits for whatever reason, almost lost to them last year as well. Penix was trash in that game IIRC.

All of DeBoer's losses in his first season at Washington came to unranked, in conference teams so him beating Georgia doesn't shock me.
True. But at least he beat USC and Cal

The problem is 99% of UTrans posters are terrible so hot takes like this are often ignored. But since you’re looking for validation here it is: Great take.

He's stacking top a 5 class on top of the talent already on hand. The jury can go home.
People have been waiting on tdecline for a decade. Bama ain't going nowhere anytime soon with a young energetic leader.

Ban bet bitch! With your LPGA trans coach that plays with that chick coach at Tutorsee. Bama will skull frick Misserable U. You’re not quite Kentucky level this year.

3 losses at Udub. A NCG appearance and 108-12 overall as a HC. So yes, him being a winner isn't shocking.

Yeah, he’s a solid coach who we haven’t beat yet… any LH fan who says otherwise is delusional or an alter IMO…and I hate to admit the guy represents Alabama well too…dude even looks like he works out and doesn’t consume hush puppies and pork rinds all day like most SEC coaches…

These are early days, and he's still got a lot to prove.
Totally agree and he’ll get better as time goes on.
SEC fricked now and will be even more fricked later.

Not all of them. Some of the recruits belonged to Freeze, which Bama flipped. Thanks

Define swift.
2011 was arguably LSU's best team to that point in history. But for Bama, he would likely have had a another national championship and be in the conversation for others.
It wasn't until a couple of seasons after the national championship debacle that the down fall actually occurred, when he became conservative and complacent.

Les had undefeated LSU ranked #2 in the first college football poll in 2015. He had a hell of a defense as always and Leonard Fournette came to Tuscaloosa averaging 192 yards a game. 20 yards higher per game average than the great Hershel Walker season in that historic SEC season. By the end of that year, the administration wanted him gone. He went into 2016 with zero support and it showed and after 2 close losses, he was gone. Somehow he wasn't good enough to finish the season and Special Ed and his binder took over.
After the 2015 season, Miles was dead man walking in BR.
