Also, if they're willing to just plagiarize propaganda that has been passed down from our fans for generations, who's to say they don't do the same thing with other areas of their writing?
Or are Ole Miss fans just a breed of douchebag that are truly one of a kind, and we have completely warped perception unlike any other school has?

It's amazing how an entire university and city has thrived on a reputation created by a drunken novelist. It's not like his portrayal of North Mississippi was favorable; it was accurate, painfully accurate.

We kind of sucked in the media when we had our little presidential debate in 2008. A lot of the people who came to the debate were surprised how far Ole Miss has come since the civil rights movement. Before 2008, Ole Miss barely got any attention from the media. Shepard Smith has also helped brainwash the right winged media a little

I've lived in Oxford since 2009 and I can admit that the amount of douchebags in this town doubles or triples every year. I love Ole Miss to death but we definitely have a douchebag problem now and I can't wait to move on to another town.
