I think it’s fair to say tamu is in a worse position now that they were when Sumlin left.
At least Sumlin knew tamu had a “soft” mentality, and he tried to compensate by playing a wide open style offense.
Jimbo’s team is just as soft, but now he’s trying to play a more physical style of football. It’s no surprise they clung on for dear life against Arkansas.
To the Bear’s point, Indiana and tamu are both 0-2 this year against the only top 25 teams they’ve faced. They are both 3-2 overall and in 5th place in their respective divisions. They’re basically the same team.

They are not. Have them play head to head on a neutral field. IU has not played Clemson and AU either. OSU and MSU are not of that caliber.

Jimbo is not worth 70 million but they are a much better program than Indiana.

The Aggies wish they had the equivalent history of Indiana basketball. I don't really understand the reference tbh.

OSU beat IU 51-10. MSU barely held on to beat IU. No. MSU is not of OSU’s caliber. You will see this Saturday

I feel bad for A&M. Academically they used to be a phenomenal school and they've been slipping quite a bit lately. Their student body is huge and becoming a degree mill. They have great support from their alumni, great facilities, plenty of money, and most of their non-football sports are good. So it's amazing at how god awful their football program can be for the last half century.

Jimbo gets year 3 and then we'll know the real story. Same for JP and his vols. Seems like only yesterday Loseranna State was trying to find someone to coach them (including Jimbo) but now they're a legend. Keep running the mouth.
